## Formats

mp3, mp4, wav, m4a, webm. Upload from a computer, paste a podcast RSS feed, or paste a direct media URL. YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram links are not supported. Linked accounts can also send files via Telegram.

## Accuracy

94.1% English accuracy on the current model. 99 languages with automatic detection. Pro and Business can use a higher-accuracy path (Universal-3.5 Pro, 18 languages) with custom vocabulary and context hints.

## Languages

99 languages. Higher-accuracy option for 18 languages (including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, and Arabic), with Universal-2 fallback for the rest.

## Privacy

Files are processed to provide transcription. Recordings and transcripts can be deleted from the account. Scribebit does not use private recordings to train AI models. Details: https://www.scribebit.com/privacy

TXT, SRT, VTT, JSON, Word (DOCX), and PDF. Optional speaker labels. Presets include Clean, Blog-ready, Podcast, Meeting notes, Timestamped.

Recordings can be Only me, Organization, or Public. Public links do not require the viewer to sign in. Ask AI on a share link has its own usage limit.
