2. Use of service
Scribebit provides audio and video transcription services. You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to transcribe it. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any laws.
3. Subscription and payment
Free and paid plans are subject to the limits described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our payment provider's policies.
4. Intellectual property
Scribebit and its branding, software, and materials are our property. You retain rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing transcription services.
5. Limitation of liability
Scribebit is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
