Ingest
TurboScribe accepts YouTube links and is built for high volume. Scribebit accepts file upload, a podcast RSS feed, a direct media URL, or Telegram from a linked account. It does not paste YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram URLs. Up to 10 files per upload.
If you already have the mp3, RSS is often faster than downloading each episode. Paste the feed, pick the items, and transcribe.
After the transcript
Scribebit exports Word, PDF, SRT, VTT, TXT, and JSON, runs Ask AI, and can generate show notes, a blog draft, and social posts. Speaker names can be renamed. Click a phrase to jump playback. This comparison does not list TurboScribe’s export formats. Scribebit’s row is Word, captions, Ask AI, and notes. TurboScribe’s row is unlimited hours and YouTube. Detail for the Word job: Convert audio to Word.
Pricing
Scribebit Basic is 120 minutes a month free. Unused plan minutes do not roll over. Pro is $9.99 a month (1,400 minutes) or $99.99 a year. Business is $45.99 a month (8,000 minutes) or $459.99 a year. One-time packages start at 200 minutes for $2.79 and do not expire. Every plan has a hard cap. TurboScribe sells unlimited volume. Scribebit does not.
A weekly hour-long podcast is about 260 minutes a month. That fits Basic if you stay near an episode a week, or Pro if you transcribe extras, video, and interviews. Daily multi-hour dumps will hit the cap. That is when TurboScribe’s unlimited plan is the rational pick.
Try 20 minutes with no signup. Longer list: Best alternatives to TurboScribe.
